All of our candles are handmade, and slight variations in color, texture, and scent may occur. These differences do not affect product quality.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a refund or alternative product.

3. Ordering & Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as specified at checkout.

Orders are processed upon successful payment confirmation.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check your order before submitting.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We process and ship orders within 3 business days. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Katama Candle Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you encounter an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.

Proof of damage (photos) may be required to process your request.

Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
